Mosaico criollo is the name of the first edition of the series of short films produced by Sociedad Impresora de Discos Electrofónicos (S.I.D.E.) in conjunction with the film production company Ariel, to be shown in movie theaters as a complement. The series had a generic title that related both brands: "Variedades sonoras 'Ariel' - Fonografía de S.I.D.E."
